Go here for schedules, registration information, and more. HOW CAN YOU PARTICIPATE? Young, old, slow or fast, EVERYONE can participate. The run itself is a 3.1 mile course along Lake Washington, with beautiful views of the Cascades and Mount Rainier. The course is mostly flat, and you can either run or walk. Have the kids join in for The Kids Dash for ages 5-and-Under and 6-to-10.

Ongoing Events—Abundance Sunday  Sept. 7 Bring your used clothing, reusable household items, sleeping bags, etc. Chapel Hill collects donations of clothing, food, and other specific items on the first Sunday of every month, then distributes them to various ministries in our community and around the world. Bags and wish lists can be picked up on the last Sunday of the month. Bring your donations to church the next Sunday and leave them on your car. While you attend the service, your donations will be picked up and a tax receipt will be left on your windshield. It doesn't get much easier than that! Contact Bev at 851-5969. Join a group from Chapel Hill on Friday nights to provide food, warm clothes, hygiene items and friendship to the homeless in Tacoma. Gather at Chapel Hill in room 114 to prepare items and hearts to serve those who really need it. Please contact Tonja Dripps for more information. Ongoing needs include the following: white cotton socks, coats for children, travel size hygiene products, toilet paper, sleeping bags, blankets, gloves, candles, hand warmers. Bring your donations on the third Friday, on Abundance Sunday or drop them off at the church office.
