DESCRIPTION
Make disciples who make disciples.
QUICK FACTS
• Day/time varies
• Be the primary shepherd and disciple-maker for a small group of LifeGroup members. Vision cast spiritual growth on individual and group level.
TIME COMMITMENT
3-5 hours a week, 1 x week plus preparation and connection with members outside of LifeGroup meetings.
SPIRITUAL GIFTS/ABILITIES
Faithful, Available, Teachable; many gifts are conducive to this position
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Go through Chapel Hill membership process. 
Meet with Rachel.
Complete new LifeGroup leader training. 
Connect with LifeGroup coach. 
Ongoing expectation to read weekly email, connect with Rachel and attend LifeGroup leader trainings.

LifeGroups are small groups of all ages and stage who meet together to study the Bible, encourage one another, and just do life together. They support the mission of Chapel Hill to launch disciple-makers.
