Get more tips on how to help your children succeed in school and at home during the coronavirus pandemic from Lauren Trittin Spencer. This teaching event covers stressors, mental, physical, relational, and spiritual coping mechanisms for kids and parents, how to identify signs of being unhealthy, and ways to provide self-care, evaluate the health of your kids and you, and options for counseling.
Lauren Trittin Spencer was born and raised in Gig Harbor, Washington. She is a Whitworth graduate with majors in Psychology and Theology. Lauren is a graduate of Seattle Pacific with a Master's in Marriage and Family Therapy. She specializes in anxiety treatment and couples counseling at Cornerstone OCD and Anxiety Group. She is a Christian, Army wife, dog mom, lifestyle blogger, and fellow COVID pandemic survivor.
This event takes place in person in the Memorial Chapel October 21, 6:30-8:30 pm. To ensure physical distancing, space is limited and registration required. Click HERE to register. Please wear a face covering at all times. Childcare available for birth-pre-K; Wednesday night Kids' Place for K-5th will take place as usual.
