World Relief Workday

Our local outreach partner World Relief Seattle has been welcoming so many new families coming from Afghanistan and other countries, fleeing unrest. Just in their Seattle office, they anticipate resettling about 2,000 Afghans this year! Please be in prayer for World Relief to be sustained through this challenging season that they can care well for their clients and themselves, may God be the one who sustains and provides for them.

We want to support World Relief's resettlement services and show love to our new neighbors. Come help load household welcome kits onto their box truck and unload at their new storage space in Tukwila. We'll start at the World Relief office.

Meet at the church parking lot at 8:30am, near Door H. Carpools can be arranged as well if anyone would like. 

Children may volunteer under adult supervision. It will involve some lifting. Please bring a hand-truck/dolly if you have one!
