Finding a church home can feel like a big step, whether you’re exploring faith for the first time, returning after time away, or simply looking for a fresh start in a new community. At Chapel Hill Church, we want you to know that you are welcome here. Life is full of questions, joys, and challenges, and church should be a place where you can bring all of that—without pretending to have it all figured out. Whether you’re young or old, single or married, raising kids or navigating a new season of life, you’ll find a warm and supportive community here. We are a church where people of all backgrounds can come as they are, encounter Jesus, and grow in faith together. If you’re searching for a place to belong, we’d love to meet you.
At Chapel Hill Church in Gig Harbor, we warmly invite you to join us for worship on Sundays at 9:00 and 10:30 am, either in person or online. We offer childcare and Sunday School for children from birth through pre-K during both services. Elementary-aged children are welcome to worship with their families at 9:00 am, with activity bags available, or they can attend Kids’ Worship at 10:30 am. Our church is located at 7700 Skansie Ave, Gig Harbor, WA 98335, with entrances on Skansie and Rosedale.
WHAT TO EXPECT
We understand that visiting a new church can feel daunting, so we’ve designed our services and environment to be welcoming and accessible.
- Attire: Whether you prefer to dress casually or more formally, you’ll fit right in.
- Parking: For your convenience, guest parking is in the second aisle; limited mobility parking is in the first.
- Kids: Childcare (birth–pre-K) is available at both services, and Elementary Kids’ Worship at 10:30 am. Check in near HeBrews Coffee Shop. Greeters can assist! A Family Room is available for parents with fussy babies, and a nursing mom’s station is in the nursery.
- Students: middle school or high school students can worship with you. High schoolers often sit together (front left section of the Sanctuary).
- Keeping Kids Safe: We care deeply about the safety and protection of our children, and have adopted and abide by a strong Child Protection Policy.
- Coffee & Treats: Visit HeBrews Coffee Shop for delicious Coffee Oasis drinks, whole bean coffee, and occasional $1 donut vouchers. Open Sundays (8:30 am–noon) and Wednesdays (9:00–11:00 am). Free coffee and tea are also available in the Gathering Place. Coffee Oasis is one of our Local Outreach partners. Learn about their ministry to homeless and at-risk youth.

WORSHIP
At Chapel Hill, we are committed to exalting Jesus, elevating others, and launching disciple-makers. Our services last about an hour and feature the same bible-based message and a dedicated time where we share the most important ways to connect, grow, and serve that particular week. The 9:00 am service often includes hymns with organ and choir, while the 10:30 am service features a band with more contemporary music. If you’re unable to attend in person, you can watch online.
